Open year-round, from 7 AM to 8 PM.
Daily rates from $25, with warm meals available.

Program Overview:

Foxberry’s Afterschool Program offers a bilingual, enriching environment for elementary students to continue learning beyond the school day. With English–Spanish immersion on Mondays and Wednesdays, and English–Chinese on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, children engage in language, academic support, and creative activities in a nurturing space. A convenient carpool program is available from schools like John L. Golden and Magnolia Elementary, making participation easy for families. Whether your child is new to bilingual learning or building on prior experience, Foxberry is a place where language, culture, and community grow together.

  • Extended Learning Program (1:00–6:30 PM):

    • 5 days/week – $200/week

    • 4 days/week – $165/week

    • 3 days/week – $130/week

    • 2 days/week – $90/week

    • 1 day – $55/day

    Standard Afterschool Program (3:00–6:30 PM):

    • 5 days/week – $125/week

    • 4 days/week – $105/week

    • 3 days/week – $85/week

    • 2 days/week – $60/week

    • 1 day – $40/day

    • Extra hour: $10/hour

    Full day (up to 9 hours): $80/day

    Meals & Snacks:

  • Director:

    Dr. Xiaofei Guo:
    A native of China, Dr. Guo holds a doctoral degree in Education and has a passion for language immersion programs for young learners.

    Instructors and Coaches:

    Teresa V.:
    A native of Mexico, Teresa previously taught in the Upland Unified School District. She brings over three decades of experience teaching multilingual learners.

    Jasmin R.:
    A native of Mexico, Jasmin is a qualified early childhood educator and a P.E. teacher in the Etiwanda School District. She adds fun and energy to the learning experience.

    Hao X.:
    With more than 30 years of teaching experience in both China and the U.S., Hao brings extensive knowledge and expertise to our program.

    Jin T.:
    A native of China and qualified early childhood educator, Jin loves working with young children.

    Chen S.:
    A Shaolin Kung Fu Master and native Chinese speaker, Chen shares his deep expertise in martial arts and Chinese culture.

    Michael N.:
    A native English speaker and experienced soccer coach, Michael brings years of coaching experience and enthusiasm to our camp.

    Kids ages 5–10 are invited!

    My Child Does Not Speak Spanish or Chinese – Is That Okay?

    Absolutely! We welcome everyone and provide a supportive bilingual learning environment. Students may use English to communicate, learn, and have fun. We support learning at all levels.

    What to Wear?

    Dress comfortably! Be sure to bring an extra set of clothes, just in case. Don’t forget sunscreen!

    How to Register?

    Call Dr. Guo for a pre-event conversation to help us better understand your child, your family's culture, and educational goals. Then, select up to six weeks you'd like your child to attend. You’ll receive a confirmation email with registration details and payment instructions.

    Due to high demand and limited capacity, each student may register for a maximum of 6 weeks this summer.

Extracurricular Courses:

Elevate your child’s experience with Foxberry’s enriching extracurricular courses, open to all afterschool students. From Coding and Art/Outdoor Sketch to Basketball, Ukulele, and Private Music Lessons, these bilingual sessions inspire creativity, build confidence, and support growing talents in arts, technology, and more.

  • 👧 Ages: 8 and up
    🌐 Programming in Scratch Jr. and Blockly

    In this bilingual coding camp, campers will learn foundational coding concepts such as sequencing, loops, and conditionals while developing problem-solving and storytelling skills through interactive, bilingual programming activities. No prior coding experience is required!

    Instructor: Dr. Cadavid
    Senior Instructional Designer and Lecturer at CSU San Bernardino, Dr. Cadavid is a bilingual educator with extensive experience in youth programs and a passion for inclusive, tech-based learning.

  • 👧 Ages: 6 and up
    🎯Learn to draw cartoons and develop sketching skills

    This hands-on program introduces children to the fundamentals of visual art through Chinese painting, sketching, and character design. Students will explore artistic expression while learning techniques rooted in cultural traditions and modern design, with opportunities to build a mini art portfolio.

    Instructor: Mr. Ray Mu
    Ray Mu is a national-certified artist and award-winning designer with experience as an art director at McCann-Erickson and lead illustrator at a major Japanese game company. He has taught students of all ages in his art studio, with expertise in Chinese painting, calligraphy, and professional design for global brands including Sony, Coca-Cola, and L'Oréal.
